About
My journey into skin therapy began very personally when I developed acne as a teenager.
It had a real impact on my confidence. That experience made me realise just how closely our skin is connected to how we feel about ourselves. And how powerful it can be when that changes.
I began training as a beauty therapist in 1989 at the Cambridge School of Beauty Therapy and I’ve been passionate about skin ever since.
Why Advanced Electrolysis Became My Specialism
I began specialising in electrolysis in 1992 and over time it became clear that advanced blemish removal was where my heart truly was.
Advanced electrolysis allows us to safely remove benign lesions that may be embarrassing, uncomfortable or simply something you’ve been meaning to “sort out” for years.
What I love most is the impact. Not just the physical change (great though that is), but the emotional one. Watching someone move from feeling self-conscious to genuinely confident never loses its meaning.
This isn’t one of many treatments I offer. It’s what I do, day in and day out. That focus has given me thousands of hours of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of technique, healing and real clinic outcomes.
I am dermoscopy-trained through the Primary Care Dermatology Society (PCDS), which means I assess every lesion carefully and only treat what is safe to do so. If something needs medical input, I will always advise referral.
I have now been practising for over 35 years and have treated many thousands of benign skin lesions.
In 2025, I was honoured to receive two national awards, becoming the first advanced electrolysis specialist to win BABTAC & CIBTAC Specialist Therapist of the Year, and also being named Electrologist of the Year at the Professional Beauty Awards.
I also serve as a Board Member of the British Institute & Association of Electrolysis (BIAE), supporting high standards and clinical excellence within our profession.
Ongoing education has always mattered to me. I regularly update my training to ensure my work remains evidence-based, precise and safe.
Why I Teach
Over the years, more and more practitioners began asking if they could learn from me - how I approach lesions, how I assess skin, how I manage healing.
Teaching developed naturally from that.
My Advanced Electrolysis Specialist Training is one-to-one, hands-on and focused on real clinic practice. I have no brand affiliations. Everything I teach is based purely on experience, safety and results.
If you’re unsure which option would suit you best, I’m always happy to talk it through before booking.
A Little More About Me
I’m half French, bilingual and I love visiting family in France each year.
I have four amazing grown-up children (two boys and two girls) who are without question my greatest achievement. I feel incredibly lucky to be their mum.
I also have a wonderfully supportive husband who helps behind the scenes with the business. My family are all my biggest cheerleaders.
I have visited Natalie a couple of times for treatment. Her treatment room is comfortable, easy to find and has parking available on site. Natalie took the time to explain the procedure, what she was going to do and what to expect from the healing with very clear instructions on how to look after the area following treatment. This was incredibly reassuring. Natalie is very caring, taking things at the pace of her client.
I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome from both of my visits and I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie.
